BROWER NAMED 2006 COBLESKILL SPORTSMANSHIP AWARD WINNER

The SUNY Cobleskill Athletic Department has awarded the Hugh D. Grace Sportsmanship Award to Michael Brower of Scotia, NY. The Scotia-Glenville High School alumnus was a two-year member of the Fighting Tiger men’s soccer program. The senior Turf Grass major helped lead the Fighting Tigers back to the NJCAA Region III Division III Tournament after a six-year hiatus as the Fighting Tigers a 10-6-1 overall record on the year.

Brower will return to SUNY Cobleskill next year having been accepted into the college’s Bachelors Degree Turf Grass program. 

The Hugh D. Grace Sportsmanship Award is presented annually to the senior who, by his action on the playing field, in the classroom and in the campus community, has exemplified the code of sportsman and leadership.
