FIGHTING TIGER WEEKLY RECAP 11/26/06

Freshman swingman Darryl Burns Jr., Brooklyn, NY, High School of Art & Design, scored 13 points as the Fighting Tiger men’s basketball team down Columbia-Greene Community College on Tuesday by a 67-43 margin on the Twins home floor in Hudson, NY. The Fighting Tigers are currently 5-2 overall on the season with a 2-0 record versus Mountain Valley Conference opponents.

The Cobleskill women’s basketball team improved their overall record to 5-2 on the season by defeating the visiting Cougars of Holyoke Community College in an inter-regional contest on Tuesday night at the Iorio Gymnasium by a 68-55 margin. Senior power forward Kim McMillen, Greenville, NY, Greenville High School, scored 15 points and grabbed seven rebounds to secure the Fighting Tiger victory.
