FIGHTING TIGER WEEKLY RECAP 3/26/07

Freshman distance runner April Ackermann, South Huntington, NY, Sullivan West High School, won the 10,000 Meters for the SUNY Cobleskill women’s outdoor track & field program at the 2007 Dick Shea Invitational hosted by the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY on Saturday. Ackermann bettered the field posting a NJCAA National Qualifying performance of 42:24.86 on the afternoon.

Senior NJCAA All-American Creig Levens, Berlin, NY, Berlin High School, placed fifth in the 10,000 Meters for the Fighting Tiger men’s outdoor track & field team at the 2007 Dick Shea Invitational hosted by United States Military Academy at West Point, NY on Saturday. Levens posted a time of 34: 14.85 to meet the national qualifying mark.
