FIGHTING TIGER MEN DROP 69-63 DECISION TO HERKIMER IN DOUBLE OT

The SUNY Cobleskill men’s basketball team dropped a 69-63 double overtime decision to Mountain Valley Conference rival Herkimer Community College on the Generals’ home court in Herkimer, NY last night. The loss drops the Fighting Tigers to 21-6 overall on the season with an 11-4 record in league contests. Cobleskill entered the contest ranked seventh in the latest NJCAA Division III National Poll.

Freshman forward Stanley Francois, Valley Cottage, NY, Suffern High School, posted a 25 point/12 rebound effort for the Fighting Tigers while senior swingman Devon Moore, Brooklyn, NY, Family Academy High School, added 12 points and nine rebounds on the evening for the Orange & Black.
