“Being this was a regional game this was an important game to win decisively for the selection committee,” said Fighting Tiger Head Coach Josh Suttles. “We played well defensively; we’re now trying to add some offense to that. The effort is definitely there but the execution has to get better. If we can learn to play for forty minutes as opposed to thirty minutes; we have as good a chance as anyone, going into the tournament.”
The Fighting Tigers will next travel to Troy, NY, to meet the Vikings of Hudson Valley Community College on Wednesday February 21st in the team’s final Mountain Valley Conference game of the season at 7:00 PM.
