FIGHTING TIGER SOFTBALL LOSES DOUBLEHEADER TO DEAN COLLEGE

The SUNY Cobleskill women’s softball team dropped a doubleheader to visiting Dean College from Franklin, MA on Saturday at Fighting Tiger Park by scores of 21-11 and 4-3. The losses drop the Fighting Tigers’ season record to 1-9 on the year.

Senior first baseman Michelle Radley, Averill Park, NY, Averill Park High School, had a big day at the plate for the Orange & Black going 3-for-3 in the opener with a pair of doubles and five RBI then posting a 2-for-4 effort in the nightcap with her third double of the day.

The Fighting Tigers return to action on Sunday April 22nd when they host the Cougars of Clinton Community College from Plattsburgh, NY for a doubleheader at Fighting Tiger Park beginning at 2:00 PM.
