FIGHTING TIGER SOFTBALL DROPS ROAD DOUBLEHEADER TO
HERKIMER COMMUNITY COLLEGE

The SUNY Cobleskill women’s softball team dropped a pair of games to Herkimer Community College in Mountain Valley Conference play on the Generals home field in Herkimer, NY on Friday afternoon by scores of 4-2 and 10-1. The losses drop the Fighting Tigers’ season record to 2-12 on the year with a 1-8 record in conference play.

Senior outfielder Sharon Fitzgerald, Greenville, NY, Greenville High School, continued her hot hitting for the Fighting Tigers going 2-for-4 in the opening game.

Cobleskill returns to action on Saturday April 28th when they travel to Delhi, NY to meet the Broncos of SUNY Delhi for a league doubleheader beginning at 1:00 PM.
