The Fighting Tiger freshman overcame difficult course conditions to win the individual title at the 2015 SUNY Cobleskill Spring Invitational hosted by the Fighting Tigers at the Canajoharie Golf & Country Club in Canajoharie, N.Y. on Friday April 24 by posting a score of  74, +3-over par, to outdistance the 25-player field.

Led by Leonelli the Orange & Black fired a team total of 318 to win the tournament title at the event defeating the four-team field for their third invitational win of the season.
