The Fighting Tiger forward was the was instrumental in the team’s 45-44 overtime North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) road victory over Morrisville State College on Saturday January 11^th. Preston hit the game clinching free throw with seven seconds left in overtime while posting her fifth double/double of the season with 12 points and a season high 27 rebounds on the afternoon.
This season the Ravena, N.Y. native is currently averaging 14.8 points, 15.6 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 1.0 blocked shots per contest while shooting 47.1% from the field, including 50.0% from three-point range and 60.0% from the free throw line in eight appearances this year. She is currently tied for fifth place nationally in the NCAA Division III Rebounding category with her 27 rebounds in a single contest good for second place overall in the Division III ranks this year to date.
