The Fighting Tiger sophomore hurdler/sprinter established a new program record in the 400-Meter Hurdles with a time of 54.65 seconds at the 2024 All-Atlantic Region Track & Field Conference (AARTFC) Outdoor Championships hosted by SUNY Cortland at the Red Dragons SUNY Cortland Stadium in Cortland, N.Y. during the week.
 
Led by Foote, Cobleskill closed the 2024 outdoor season at the event by tying for 47th place in a field of 61 teams at the meet.
