Cobleskill, NY: The SUNY Cobleskill Athletic Department has named senior infielder David Flora (Windsor, NY) the Fighting Tiger Athlete of the Week for the period ending March 23, 2025.
Flora was locked in at the plate, leading Cobleskill to a perfect 2-0 week in NAC play against UMaine-Presque Isle. The senior slugger went 5-for-7 with three RBIs, three stolen bases, and two runs scored. In game one, he powered the offense, going 3-for-4 with two runs scored and two RBIs while swiping a season-high three bases. Flora stayed hot in game two, adding two more hits and driving in a run to help the Fighting Tigers secure a 4-0 win and remain undefeated in conference play.
Cobleskill returns to action on March 25, hosting Skidmore College in a non-conference matchup set for 4:00 p.m.
