Cobleskill, NY: The SUNY Cobleskill Athletic Department has named Aliyah Neeser (Forest Lake, Minn.), a second-year member of the softball team, as the Fighting Tiger Athlete of the Week for the period ending April 20, 2025.

Neeser turned in a career-best performance to help lead the Fighting Tigers to a 4-0 sweep over divisional rival SUNY Delhi. Her biggest game came in the second matchup of the series, where she went a perfect 3-for-3 at the plate with two home runs—including a grand slam—while racking up six RBIs, three runs scored, and a double.

Across the four-game series, Neeser batted .538 (7-for-13) with a 1.154 slugging percentage. She totaled two home runs, nine RBIs, eight runs scored, and two doubles. In the field, she was perfect defensively, recording four putouts with no errors for a 1.000 fielding percentage.
