SUNY Cobleskill Athletics

The freshman mid-distance runner was the SUNY Cobleskill men’s outdoor track & field team top performer at the 2014 New York State Collegiate Track Conference (NYSCTC) Outdoor Championships hosted by Saint John Fisher University in Pittsford, N.Y. over the weekend. The  Saratoga Springs High School alumnus won the 800-meter run for the Fighting Tigers at the meet to earn All-NYSCTC honors posting a time of 1:53.76.

By virtue of his performance Quinones has now qualified for the 2014 Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships to be hosted by Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) in Troy, N.Y. at the Engineers’ Harkness Field on Tuesday May 15  beginning at 1:00 p.m. and Wednesday May 16 beginning at 10:00 p.m.
