The junior swingman paced the Fighting Tigers to a pair North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) home victories during the week as Cobleskill defeated visiting Cazenovia College on Wednesday by a score of 72-70 then topped Penn College of Technology on Saturday 71-57 to improve to 7-8 overall on the season and a tie for the conference’s North Division lead ,with SUNY Polytechnic, Marcy, N.Y., with a 5-2 record versus league opponents.
For the week Jackson averaged: 16.5 points, 6.5 rebounds and 1.0 assists per game shooting 11-for-24, 46.4%, from the field including 8-for-20, 40.0%, from three-point range. On the year the Bronx, N.Y. native is averaging 5.9 points, 1.5 rebounds and 0.8 assists per game shooting 33.3% from the field and 78.6% from the free throw line in 15 appearances for the Orange & Black.
