Bronxville, N.Y.: The SUNY Cobleskill men's swimming & diving team split a pair of decisions at a double-dual meet hosted by the Gryphons of Sarah Lawrence College on Saturday afternoon. The Fighting Tigers dropped a 97-78 decision to the host Gryphons while crushing the Dolphins of The College of Mountain Saint Vincent by a 118-16 margin. With the split Cobleskill moves to 2-2 versus head-to-head competition on the season.

Anthony McGorsik, East Hampton, N.Y., East Hampton High School, was a double event winner for the Orange & Black taking the 200-yard freestyle in 2:00.86 then coming back to win the 200-yard backstroke in a time of 2:18.48. Freshman
Mike Girolamo, Waverly, N.Y., Waverly High School, was also an individual winner at the meet taking the 500-yard freestyle in 6:00.20.
In the relays the Cobleskill 400-yard freestyle relay team of:

Sam Datri, Ravena, N.Y., Raven-Coeymans-Selkirk High School and sophomore
Will Timony, Warwick, N.Y., Warwick, were also victorious with a mark of 3:39.80.
The Orange & Black will next be in action on Saturday November 21
st when they host the Wildcats of Cazenovia College at the Bouck Hall Natatorium beginning at 1:00 p.m. Â
