Rexford, N.Y.: The SUNY Cobleskill women's golf team posted rounds of 399-413 for a two-day total of +236-over par 812 to finish in sixth place overall at the 2024 Northeast Women's Golf Conference (NWGC) Champion Tournament hosted by the NWGC at the par-72/5524 yard The Edison Club over the weekend.
The Fighting Tigers were led by a pair of first-year players Lilly Tobin, Kendall, N.Y., Kendall High School, who fired rounds of 88 and 96 for a two-day total of +40-over par 184 to tie for 14
th place in the 54-player field to tie with her first-year teammate
Emma Dreher, East Hampton, N.Y., The Berkshire School, who shot rounds of 89 and 95 to register her two-day total of +40-over par 184.
With their efforts the Cobleskill duo tied for fourth place among all first-year performers competing at the event.
