Cobleskill, NY – The SUNY Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) has named SUNY Cobleskill senior men's cross country runner
Nik Recore (Peru, NY) as its Runner of the Week for the period ending October 12, 2025.
Recore turned in a dominant performance at the 27th Annual Bronco Classic hosted by SUNY Delhi, capturing his first individual win of the season in commanding fashion. Racing on the 5K course at the Delhi College Golf Course, he set the pace early and never looked back, crossing the finish line in 16:50.9 — more than 35 seconds ahead of the runner-up. His effort led the Fighting Tigers to a strong overall team showing and continued his streak of consistent top finishes this fall.
