Josh House ’26 was named Head Golf Coach at SUNY Cobleskill ahead of the 2026-27 season.
House takes over the Fighting Tiger golf program after completing one of the most decorated playing careers in program history. A four-year standout at Cobleskill, he earned North Atlantic Conference All-Conference honors in each of his four seasons and capped his career with First Team All-NAC recognition in 2025.
At the 2025 NAC Championship, House placed fifth overall in the 39-player field, recording the best individual finish by a Cobleskill golfer at the conference championship. He earned Second Team All-NAC honors in 2022, 2023 and 2024 before moving up to the First Team as a senior.
House also set the program record for the lowest numerical round with a three-under-par 67 during his junior season and captured three individual invitational titles during his Cobleskill career.
His accomplishments also earned him several major departmental honors, including Senior Male Athlete of the Year and the 2024-25 Male Performance of the Year award.
In addition to his collegiate playing experience, House brings golf industry experience from his time working at Saratoga National Golf Club and Saratoga Spa Golf Course.
House graduated from SUNY Cobleskill in 2026 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
