The Fighting Tiger relief pitcher posted the save in Cobleskill’s season opening 7-5 road victory over the Colonels of Wilkes University in the first game of a doubleheader on Sunday afternoon in Wilkes-Barre, Pa.

Stone entered the contest in the bottom of the seventh inning with the Fighting Tigers leading 7-4 with the bases loaded and no outs and promptly retired the next three hitters by groundout, strikeout and flyout to preserve the victory.
