The freshman guard/forward led the team to a 72-64 home victory over Penn State Berks on Friday February 21 in the Fighting Tigers final game of the season. Preston led all scorers in the contest with 21 points to go with 12 rebounds and four block shots on the evening. 

This season the talented rookie swing-player averaged 15.4 points, 10.9 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 1.6 steals per contest while shooting 33.5% from the field and 54.9% from the free throw line in 24 appearances this year.
