Cobleskill, N.Y.:   The SUNY Cobleskill women's soccer team dropped a North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) contest to visiting Penn State Abington on Sunday afternoon by an 8-0 margin at the Soccer/Lacrosse Complex. With the loss the Fighting Tigers fall to 1-8 on the year including a 1-5 mark in league play while the Nittany Lions improve to 6-3 overall with a 4-1 NEAC record.

The Fighting Tigers once again had trouble putting the ball in scoring positions as the Cobleskill offense managed only three shots in the contest as opposed to the Nittany Lions 28 on the afternoon.

The Orange & Black will return to action on Thursday October 8^th when they travel to Albany, N.Y. to face the Panthers of Albany College of Pharmacy in non-league action beginning at 4:00 p.m.
