Cobleskill, N.Y: The SUNY Cobleskill men's soccer team suffered their second consecutive non-conference home loss of the young season falling to the visiting Fighting Saints of St. Joseph's College from Rutland, Vt. by a 4-2 margin. With the loss the Fighting Tigers drop to 0-2 on the year while St. Joseph's improves to 2-1 overall.

The Fighting Tigers got on the board first in the fifth minute of play when sophomore midfielder David Vosatka, Schenevus, N.Y., Schenevus High School, ran under a long punt from freshman Tanner Pluff, Wallkill, N.Y., Wallkill High School, and scored the first goal in the newly renovated SUNY Cobleskill Soccer/Lax Complex.

However the Fighting Saints scored the next four goals to outdistance the Orange & Black leading 4-1 until the 86^th minute when freshman forward Todd Briggs, Mayfield, N.Y., Mayfield High School, intercepted a pass and scored on a breakaway from 12-yards out.

Cobleskill will next take to the road on Saturday September 12^th when they travel to New York, N.Y. to face the Hawks of Hunter College beginning at 12:00 p.m.
