Cobleskill, N.Y.: The SUNY Cobleskill women's volleyball team closed their 2016 season on Tuesday evening with a 3-0 loss to the visiting Trailblazers of Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts (MCLA) at the Iorio Gymnasium. With the defeat the Fighting Tigers end the year with a 9-18 overall mark while MCLA moves to 14-13 overall on the season to date.

Emilie Reimer, Mattituck, N.Y., Mattituck High School, played well in defeat for the home squad putting down nine kills to go with six digs and a solo block while senior libero
Gabby Clark, Oneida, N.Y., Oneida High School, chipped in 10 digs and a pair of service aces on the evening.
The Fighting Tigers also received strong all-around efforts from sophomore
Mackenzie Holbert, New Hartford High School/Herkimer Community College, with a match high of 16 assists along with four digs and three kills and from freshman outside hitter
Emily Potter, Fort Plain, N.Y., Fort Plain High School, with 15 digs and a pair of kills on the night.
