Bennington, Vt.: The SUNY Cobleskill women's volleyball team made the trip to Southern Vermont College on Thursday evening for a non-conference meeting with the Mountaineers of Southern Vermont College looking to avenge an earlier hard fought 3-2 home loss in September. However once again after nearly two hours of non-stop back-and-forth action the host Mountaineers once again claimed victory in a rollercoaster affair defeating the Fighting Tigers 3-2 by scores of 22-25, 25-13, 25-16, 22-25 and 14-16. With the defeat Cobleskill falls to 8-12 overall while the victory moves Southern Vermont to 6-17 overall on the campaign.

Karyn Knaul, Central Square, N.Y., Paul V. Moore High School, turned in a stellar effort at the net for Cobleskill with 14 kills to go with six digs and three service aces while junior setter
Mackenzie Holbert, Sauquoit, N.Y., New Hartford High School/Herkimer Community College, chipped in 37 assists and 15 digs on the evening. Â

st when they host a triangular event meeting The Express of Wells College in North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC)Â action beginning at 12:00 p.m. followed by a non-conference contest match versus the Pioneers of Alfred State College with first serve scheduled for 4:00 p.m. Â
