Aurora, N.Y.: The SUNY Cobleskill men's basketball team opened their North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) season on Saturday afternoon by posting a 76-61 road win over The Express of Wells College in conference action. With the victory the Fighting Tigers are currently 4-2 overall including a 1-0 mark in conference play while Wells moves to 1-4 with a 0-1 record in NEAC play.
Cobleskill put the game away early closing the first half on an 18-to-4 run to take a 37-23 advantage into halftime from which they never looked back.

Dashown Nelson, Brooklyn, N.Y., High School of Telecommunication Arts & Technology/SUNY Broome, who came off the bench to score 19 points, grab five rebounds, record four steals and pass out three assists and by senior forward
Anthony McNeil, Gresham, S.C., Union-Endicott High School/SUNY Broome, who scored 18 points, grabbed six rebounds and blocked two shots on the afternoon. Sophomore forward
Antwan Claxton, Bronx, N.Y., Taft High School, filled the stat columns in the win with nine points, a game high of 10 rebounds, six steals, five assists and two blocks while sophomore guard
JayQuan Robinson, New York, N.Y., Fredrick Douglas Academy, who scored 10 points and grabbed three rebounds in a reserve role.
The Fighting Tigers will return to conference action on Tuesday December 4
th when they host NEAC rival SUNY Polytechnic Institute in league action with tip-off slated for 7:00 p.m.
