Troy, N.Y.: The SUNY Cobleskill men's basketball team returned to the road on Saturday afternoon traveling to Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) falling in a non-league match-up to the host Hawks by a 78-59 margin. With the defeat the Fighting Tigers are now 6-3 overall while the Hawks move to 6-3 overall on the campaign.
After playing the Hawks to a 34-32 deficit at the break; The Fighting Tigers struggled offensively in the second half connecting on only 10-of-29 shots from the field, 34.5%, while hitting on only 3-of-9, free throw attempts, 33.3%, for the half.

Dashown Nelson, Brooklyn, N.Y., Telecommunication Arts & Technology High School/SUNY Broome, added 10 points and four rebounds.
The Orange & Black will close out the semester on Saturday December 15
th when they host the Saxons of Alfred University for a non-league contest beginning at 2:00 p.m.
