Cobleskill, N.Y.: The SUNY Cobleskill women's soccer team closed the home portion of their 2019 schedule on Saturday at the Soccer/Lax Complex falling to the visiting Bison of Gallaudet University by a 3-2 score in North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) action. With the loss the Fighting Tigers are now 3-12-1 overall on the season including a 1-7-1 mark in conference play while Gallaudet is now 5-9-1 overall on the season including a 2-6-1 record in conference action.

Chloe Antalek, Wappingers Falls, N.Y., Beacon High School, converted on a penalty kick in the in the 66
th minute of play to cut the lead to 2-1 in favor of the Bison.
After the Bison scored to make it 3-1 in the 74
th minute, Fighting Tiger freshman midfielder
Anna Post, Bovina Center, N.Y., Delaware Academy, took a pass from Antalek at the top of the box and blasted it home in the 76
th minute to make it 3-2.
However that was as close as the home team could come as the visitors from Washington, D.C. hung on for the victory.
The Fighting Tigers are next slated to be in action over the weekend when they are scheduled to travel to Abington, Pa. Friday November 1
st when they are scheduled to meet the Nittany Lions of Penn State Abington in NEAC action beginning at 3:00 p.m. followed by their season finale on Saturday November 2
nd when they are scheduled to travel to Harrisburg, Pa. for a NEAC meeting with the Nittany Lions of Penn State Harrisburg with kick-off scheduled for 2:00 p.m.
