Potsdam, N.Y.: The SUNY Cobleskill men's soccer team closed their weekend road trip on Sunday falling to the Bears of SUNY Potsdam by a 4-0 margin in non-league action. With the loss the Fighting Tigers move to 0-6-1 overall on the year while the Bears are now 4-1-1 overall.

The Cobleskill offense was limited to only three shots on the afternoon while the Bears took 26 shots on the afternoon.

Fighting Tiger senior goalkeeper John Gergen, Greenville, N.Y., Greenville High School, recorded 13 saves in the contest for the visitors.

Cobleskill will next be in action on Saturday September 24 when they travel to Presque Isle, Maine to start a North Atlantic Conference (NAC) road trip opening with the Owls of the University of Maine-Presque Isle for a 1:00 p.m. kick-off prior to a Sunday September 25 game versus the Eagles of Husson University with kick-off scheduled for 12:00 p.m.
