In the 2018 season Eady helped lead Keystone College to a 34-12 record. While, winning the CSAC championship for the tenth straight year. Keystone’s season ended with a fourth place finish in the NCAA New England Regional Tournament. Eady also coached CSAC conference player of the year outfielder Muhammed Hussein and second team all American Troy Terzi. The 2017 season marked Brandon Eady's first season as an assistant coach with Keystone College's baseball team. In his first year as an assistant coach, Eady helped lead Keystone to its ninth straight Colonial States Athletic Conference championship and a third place finish in the NCAA Mideast Regional Tournament. The Giants finished the season with a 33-15 overall record and earned the top seed in the CSAC playoffs by posting a 17-4 mark in conference play during the spring.
As a player, Eady helped lead the 2016 Keystone Giants to the Colonial States Athletic Conference championship and NCAA Connecticut Regional Championship. The 2016 season ended with a national championship appearance and NCAA Division III National Runner-Up finish. The team finished with a record of 40-11 on the season. Eady was a Second Team All-CSAC selection for Keystone as a senior, starting 50 games on the year and batting .355 with a .528 slugging percentage and a .415 on-base percentage. He totaled 70 hits including 19 doubles, a team-best three triples, and three home runs. Eady drove in 40 runs on the season and tied for the team-lead with 51 runs scored while drawing 16 walks and seven hit by pitches. Eady transferred to Keystone from Anne Arundel Community College where he was a team captain and a First Team NJCAA All-Region XX honoree.
