Palmer led the Fighting Tigers to a third place finish in a field of 10 teams at an Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA) Show hosted by Skidmore College on Saturday in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. by placing second in limit fences and second in intermediate flats for 10 of the team’s 27 total points at the event.
