The Connecticut native was the Fighting Tigers women’s softball team’s top performer at the 2019 The Spring Games played over team’s spring break in South Lake County Florida at the Legends Way Ballfields and the Hancock Recreation Complex in Clermont, Fla. The sophomore designated hitter/utility player batted .435 for the weekend with a .458 on base percentage going 10-for-23 at the plate including: three doubles, a home run, three runs scored and four runs batted in at the event in eight games played.
The Fighting Tigers, who open the season with a 1-7 overall record, will return to action when the open their 2019 North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) season on Saturday March 30th traveling to Aurora, N.Y. for a doubleheader with The Express of Wells College beginning at 3:00 p.m. prior to traveling to Keuka Park, N.Y. on Sunday March 31st for a pair of league games versus the Wolves of Keuka College beginning at 1:00 p.m.
