Cobleskill, N.Y.: The SUNY Cobleskill women's soccer team dropped a 5-0 decision to the visiting Gators of Sage College on Wednesday afternoon at the Soccer/Lax Complex in non-conference action. With the loss the Fighting Tigers move to 0-2 overall on the season while the visitors from Troy, N.Y. even their record to 2-2 overall on the year.

The Gators erupted for four first half goals to put the contest out of reach as the Fighting Tigers defense struggled in the middle of the period with freshman Makenzie Flaherty, Brunswick, N.Y., Tamarac High School, scored the eventual game winner in the 37^th minute on a breakaway off a stolen pass.

The Orange & Black will next be in action on Saturday September 12^th when they host the Mountaineers of Southern Vermont College in non-league action beginning at 1:00 p.m. then take on the visiting Pioneers of Alfred State College on Sunday September 13^th with kick-off set for 12:00 p.m.
