Cobleskill, N.Y.: The SUNY Cobleskill women's volleyball team dropped a 3-1 decision to visiting Sage College on Wednesday evening at the Iorio Gymnasium in non-conference action by set scores of: 25-10, 25-27, 25-10 and 25-13. With the defeat the Fighting Tigers fall to 2-6 overall on the season while the Gators move to 5-4 on the campaign.

The Fighting Tigers were led by freshman middle hitter Emilie Reimer, Mattituck, N.Y., Mattituck High School, who had nine kills, four digs and three solo blocks and by junior libero Gabby Clark, Oneida, N.Y., Oneida High School, who tallied 14 digs on the evening. Cobleskill also received seven kills and 10 digs from senior outside hitter Raven Worthing, Owego, N.Y., Tioga High School, in the contest.  

Cobleskill will next be in action on Saturday September 19^th when they travel to Morrisville, N.Y. the first North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) Inter-Divisional Play Weekend hosted by Morrisville State College. The Fighting Tigers will open the event on Saturday when they take on the Screaming Eagles of the College of Saint Elizabeth at 3:00 p.m. and then tangle with the Nittany Lions of Penn State Abington at 7:00 p.m. The Orange & Black will then close the weekend on Sunday September 20^th when they meet the Wildcats of Penn College of Technology at 11:00 a.m.
