Cobleskill, N.Y.: The SUNY Cobleskill women's soccer team finally entered the win column in North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) play on Sunday afternoon as the Fighting Tigers shot down the visiting Eagles from The College of Saint Elizabeth 5-0 in league action. The victory improves Cobleskill to 4-10 overall on the year including a 1-9 conference record while Saint Elizabeth now falls to 2-12 with a 0-9 record in conference play.

Defensively freshman goalkeeper
Samantha Springstead, Staten Island, N.Y., Notre Dame Academy, posted 10 saves to record her third shutout of the season.
The Fighting Tigers will next be in action on Tuesday October 18
th when they travel to Rutland, Vt. to meet The College of Saint Joseph in non-conference action beginning at 3:00 p.m.
