Cobleskill, N.Y.: The SUNY Cobleskill women's soccer team extended their current winning streak to three games on a windy Sunday afternoon with a 5-3 win over visiting North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) Gallaudet University in league action. The victory improves the Fighting Tigers to 6-10 overall on the year including a 2-9 mark in NEAC play while the Bison fall to 2-14 including a 1-12 conference record.
With wind gusts of up to 30 miles per hour keeping things lively on the field; Cobleskill scored a pair of first half goals to take a 2-0 advantage into the locker room as senior forward

Samantha Springstead, Staten Island, N.Y., Notre Dame Academy, posted the victory for the home team making 10 saves versus the Bison and the winds to secure the outcome.
Cobleskill is next scheduled to host the Wildcats of SUNY Polytechnic Institute in NEAC action on Saturday October 29
th beginning at 1:00 p.m. at the Fighting Tigers Soccer/Lax Complex.
