Keuka Park, N.Y.: The SUNY Cobleskill men's soccer team posted an important road result on Sunday afternoon as the Fighting Tigers North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) rival Keuka College to a 1-1 tie in double overtime. The tie enhances Cobleskill's position in the conference standings as the Orange & Black are currently 3-3-1 overall with a 2-1-1 league record while the Wolves are now 3-1-2 overall with a 1-0-2 record versus NEAC opponents.

Khadim Diba, Manhattan, N.Y., Julia Richmond High School, took a long range thru ball from freshman midfielder
Kalifala Konneh, Bronx, N.Y., Fredrick Douglas Academy, and blasted a shot into the Wolves net from short range in the 64
th minute of play.
However the Wolves would tie the contest in the 72
nd minute when freshman defender Claude Tuyishimire, Syracuse, N.Y., Nottingham High School, connected on a header just inside the back post of the Cobleskill net.
Over the next 27:52 neither team could take advantage of scoring opportunities which ended the contest in a 1-1 draw and kept both teams in NEAC play-off contention.

Paul Martini, Cornwall, N.Y., Cornwall High School, worked hard during overtime to maintain the draw by making three of his game high 10 saves in the overtime periods.
Cobleskill will next be in action on Saturday September 24
th when they travel to Lancaster, Pa. to meet the Crusaders of Lancaster Bible College in NEAC action with kick-off at 3:00 p.m.
