Abington, Pa.: The road was once again not a pleasant place for the SUNY Cobleskill men's basketball team as after leading at halftime the Fighting Tigers went cold in the second half to give the Nittany Lions of Penn State Abington a 75-62 North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) action on Saturday. The loss drops Cobleskill to 3-18 overall with a 3-12 mark in NEAC play while the Nittany Lions improve to 9-12 overall including an 8-8 record in conference action.
It was a tale of two halves for Cobleskill as the visitors led at the break 34-32 on the strength of a 6-for-12, 50.0%, shooting effort from beyond the three-point stripe only to be done in by a second half which saw them hit on only 9-of-33, 27.3%, shot including only 2-of-11, 18.2%, from three-point range.
Senior swingman
