Newburgh, N.Y.: The SUNY Cobleskill men's soccer team struck late on Friday evening to post an impressive 2-1 road win over the host Blue Knights of Mount Saint Mary's College in non-league action. The victory moves the Fighting Tigers to 2-4 overall on the campaign while the host Blue Knights now drop to 3-4 overall on the season.

Khadim Diba, Manhattan, N.Y., Julia Richmond High School, took a thru ball in front of the net from senior forward
David Vosatka, Schenevus, N.Y. , Schenevus High School, and blasted it home to even the score at 1-1.
The 1-1 tie held up until the 89
th minute of play when Diba scored the deciding goal off of a pass at the far post on a cross from sophomore forward
Emile Vwaza, Manhattan, N.Y., Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis High School, to secure the victory.
Freshman goalie
Sam Sherbacow, Minneola, Fla., Lake Minneola High School, recorded his first career victory in net with the win making three saves in the contest.
Cobleskill will next be in action on Tuesday September 19
th when they travel to Schenectady. N.Y. to face the Dutchmen of Union College with kick-off set for 7:00 p.m.
