Cobleskill, N.Y.:  The SUNY Cobleskill women's volleyball team returned home to the Iorio Gymnasium to defeat Bard College 3-2 by set scores of 19-25, 25-12, 17-25, 25-23, and 15-10 in non-conference play. With the win the Fighting Tigers move to 4-7 overall on the season to date while the Raptors are now 3-12 on the year.

Down late in the 4^th set, a pivotal changing 6-0 run would propel the Fighting Tigers to capture the set.  Using the momentum from the 4^th set, the Tigers would take care of the business in the deciding 5^th.  A conservative Fighting Tigers team attack would provide only 19 kills on the night but proved to be crucial in keeping errors at a minimum with the team having only 4 on the night.    

Cobleskill will return to action over the weekend when they travel to Williamsport, Pa. to meet Penn College in North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) action at 11:00 a.m. followed by a 1:00 p.m. non-league meeting with Gwynedd Mercy College.
