Cobleskill, N.Y.:  The SUNY Cobleskill women's soccer team posted a 3-0 North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) home win over the visiting Eagles of The College of Saint Elizabeth on Saturday afternoon at the Soccer/Lax Complex. With the victory the Fighting Tigers improve to 5-10 overall including a 2-7 record in NEAC play while the Eagles fall to 2-11 overall with a 0-9 mark versus conference opponents.

After a scoreless first half the Fighting Tigers broke the contest open when junior midfielder Nellie Ramsden, Marcellus, N.Y., Marcellus High School, scored a pair of goals in the 61^st and 75^th minutes to put the game out of reach. Sophomore Addy Lawson, Milford, N.Y., Cooperstown High School, added an insurance goal in the 77^th minute for the Orange & Black.

Freshman goalkeeper Korah Witherell, Portville, N.Y., Portville High School, recorded the shutout win making seven saves on the afternoon.

Cobleskill will return to action on Sunday, October 20^th, when they host the Nittany Lions of Penn State Abington in a game that due to field and potential weather conditions will be played in Oneonta, N.Y. at Oneonta State's All-College Filed with kick-off slated for 12:00 p.m.
