Cobleskill, N.Y.: The SUNY Cobleskill women's volleyball team returned home on Thursday evening to take a 3-0 decision over the visiting Spartans of Castleton University in non-conference action by set scores of: 25-20, 25-10 and 25-12. With the victory the Fighting Tigers improve to 10-9 overall on the season while the Spartans drop to 7-13 on the year.

Cobleskill will return to action on Saturday October 19
th when they travel to Marcy, N.Y. for a North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) Triangular Event hosted by SUNY Polytechnic Institute. The Fighting Tigers will open the event at 12:00 p.m. when they face the Nittany Lions of Penn State Berks at 12:00 p.m. then close out the afternoon at 2:00 p.m. when they face the Wildcats of Penn College.
