Cobleskill, N.Y.: The SUNY Cobleskill men's soccer team defeat the visiting Express of Wells College on homecoming by a score of 1-0 in North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) action. With the win the Fighting Tigers are now 6-4-1 overall on the season with a 4-1 mark in league play while Wells is now 4-7 including a 1-4 conference record.
In a hard fighting NEAC contest, the Fighting Tigers and Wells Express battled back and forth for 87 minutes until the Fighting Tigers broke the stalemate. Sophomore forward
Chris Gardener (Hudson, N.Y./Hudson High School) played a beautiful through ball to a running
Mame Amar (Manhattan, N.Y./Liberty High School) who calmly tucked the ball away near post to lift the Tigers to a 1-0 homecoming win.
The Tigers backline showed their strength by only allowing 6 total shots. Freshman keeper
Rashawn Best (Brooklyn, N.Y./ Martin Luther King High School) earned his second clean sheet of his season with 5 saves.

th when they host the Nittany Lions of Penn State Berks in NEAC action beginning at 1:00 p.m.
