Fighting Tiger Men's Soccer Drops 4-0 NEAC Road Decision to Penn State Abington

SUNY Cobleskill Men's Soccer Falls to Penn State Abington Nittany Lions on Friday


Abington, Pa.: In a game that could have impact on the final seeding for the North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) the SUNY Cobleskill men's soccer team dropped a 4-0 decision host Penn State Abington as part of a weekend Pennsylvania road trip. With the loss the Fighting Tigers move to 8-5-4 overall including a 6-2-2 NEAC record while the Nittany Lions are now 9-6 overall including a 7-3 record in conference play.

The Fighting Tiger offense could manage only five shots on the day while facing 11 from the host Nittany Lions in the contest.

Cobleskill will close out the road trip on Saturday, November 2nd, by traveling to the NEAC's top ranked program Penn State Harrisburg in Harrisburg, Pa. for a 12:00 p.m. contest.
