Jamaica, N.Y.: Trailing 42-31 at the end of three quarters, the SUNY Cobleskill women's basketball team dominated play in the fourth quarter outscoring the host Cardinals of York College by a 28-8 margin to closed out their fall semester on Thursday evening with an impressive 59-50 victory in non-league action. With the win the Fighting Tigers close the 2019 portion of their schedule with a 5-4 overall record while the Cardinals fall to 2-5 overall on the season to date.

Erica Cabrera, Middletown, N.Y., Burke Catholic High School, and junior guard
Nylasia Sutton, Queens, N.Y., Lansingburgh High School, combined for 24 of the team's 28 points in the stanza to lead the comeback as Cabrera tossed in 13 of her 15 points in the quarter, to go with four steals and three rebounds on the evening, while Sutton hit for 11 of her team high 19 points, along with four assists and four rebounds in the win, in the quarter.
The Orange & Black also received eight points, seven rebounds and one blocked shot from senior forward
Gabby Muraczewski, Hamilton Square, N.J., Southern Regional High School, while freshman forward
Anna Post, Bovina Center, N.Y., Delaware Academy, chipped in three points, eight rebounds and two assists on the night.
Cobleskill will return to action after the winter break when they host the Lyons of Mount Holyoke College on Tuesday January 7
th for a non-league contest with tip-off scheduled for 7:00 p.m.
