Cobleskill, N.Y.: The SUNY Cobleskill women's basketball team returned from the Thanksgiving break in high flying form defeating the visiting Broncos of SUNY Delhi on Monday evening at the Iorio Gymnasium by a 91-73 margin in non-conference action. With the victory the Fighting Tigers are now 3-4 overall on the season while the Broncos fall to 1-6 overall on the year to date.

Nylasia Sutton, Queens, N.Y., Lansingburgh High School/Herkimer Community College, led the way to the victory for the home team scoring a career high of 40 points to go with five assists, five steals and four rebounds on the evening. Sutton was deadly shooting the ball on the evening connecting on 14-of-23 shots from the field, 60.9%, including 5-of-8, 62.5%, from three-point range while going 7-of-8, 87.5%, from the free throw line.
Cobleskill also received strong outings from senior forward
Gabby Muraczewski, Hamilton Square, N.J., Southern Regional High School, who scored a season high of 13 points while grabbing a eight rebounds, sophomore guard
TyLysa Martinez, Coram, N.Y., Longwood High School, who scored 10 points, took down nine rebounds and passed out five assists and from freshman guard/forward
Lydia Chittenden, Schodack Landing, N.Y., Maple Hill High School, who scored 10 points to go with four rebounds.
The Orange & Black will next be in action on Saturday December 7
th when they open their North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) season by hosting the Wildcats of Penn College at the Iorio Gymnasium with tip-off at 3:00 p.m.
