Fighting Tiger Women's Soccer Drops 4-0 Decision to SUNY ESF

Cobleskill Women Fall to ESF Mighty Oaks 4-0 in Non-Conference Action


Cobleskill, N.Y.: The SUNY Cobleskill women's soccer team dropped a non-conference contest  at home on Tuesday afternoon to the visiting Mighty Oaks of SUNY ESF  by a score of 4-0 at the Soccer/Lacrosse Complex on Tuesday afternoon. With the loss the Fighting Tigers fall to 1-5 overall on the season while the Mighty Oaks remain unbeaten at 6-0 on the year.

Fighting Tiger junior goalkeeper Jill Gordon, Rockyhill, Conn., Middletown High School, was stellar in net for Cobleskill in the contest recording 14 saves on the afternoon.

Cobleskill will next be in action on Saturday September 21st when they travel to Morrisville, N.Y. to face the Mustangs of Morrisville State with kick-off slated for 3:00 p.m.
