Cobleskill, N.Y.: One of the oldest men's basketball rivalries in New York state history resumed on Wednesday evening as the host Fighting Tigers of SUNY Cobleskill lost a 72-46 decision to the visiting Mustangs of Morrisville State in North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) action. With the loss the Fighting Tigers fall to 13-8 overall including a 7-5 mark in league action while the Mustangs are currently 13-8 with a 10-2 record in NEAC action.
The Mustangs raced out of the gate in the first half leading 39-18 on the strength of a defensive effort that held the Fighting Tigers to only 6-for-30, 20.0%, from the field including 3-for-16, 18.8%, from three-point range allowing the visitors to run away with the nearly wire to wire win.

Antwan Claxton, Bronx, N.Y., Taft High School, led the Orange & Black with nine points, 12 rebounds and three assists while senior guard
Scott Glasheen, Voorheesville, N.Y., Voorheesville High School, came off the bench to score nine points.
Cobleskill will return to action on Saturday February 15
th when they travel to Reading Pa. for a NEAC meeting with the Nittany Lions of Penn State Berks beginning at 1:00 p.m.
