Cobleskill, N.Y.: The SUNY Cobleskill men's basketball team returned home on Friday evening to defeat the visiting Bison of Gallaudet University by a score of 84-70 in North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) action. With the win the Fighting Tigers move to 15-9 including a 9-6 record in NEAC play while the Bison are now 5-19 with a 5-10 conference mark.
After trailing early, the Fighting Tigers posted a 41-37 lead at the half courtesy of 22 points and two assists from senior swing man
Antwan Claxton, Bronx, N.Y., Taft High School, who converted on 10-of-16 shots from the field including 2-for- 4 from beyond the three-point range in the half.
The second half saw the home team use a highly efficient and more balanced offensive attack to put the game away as the Orange & Black connected on 16-of-32, 50.0%, shots from the field including an impressive 7-for-13, 53.8%, from three-point range to secure the victory.

Scott Glasheen, Voorheesville, N.Y., Voorheesville High School, scored 10 points, passed out four assists and grabbed four rebounds in the win. Junior forward

Cobleskill will close the regular season on Saturday afternoon, February 22
nd, when they host the Chargers of Lancaster Bible College in NEAC action at the Iorio Gymnasium with tip-off slated for 1:00 p.m.
