Aston, Pa.: The SUNY Cobleskill baseball team closed their season opening road trip to the Keystone State on Sunday by sweeping a pair of road games with the Nittany Lions of Penn State Brandywine winning the opener 5-2 and then taking the nightcap 10-4 in games played at the Maple Zone Center. With the sweep the Fighting Tigers open the season with a 3-1 overall record on the year while the Nittany Lions open the season at 1-3 overall.

In the second game, Cobleskill brought out the heavy lumber as the Orange & Black pounded out 10 hits, five for extra bases, drew 10 walks and recorded two hit batters on their way to the 10-4 win and the sweep.
