Cobleskill, N.Y.: The SUNY Cobleskill men's basketball team stepped out of North Atlantic Conference (NAC) action on Tuesday event to lose to the visiting Blue Knights of Mount Saint Mary's College (MSCM) by an 82-58 margin in non-league play at the Iorio Gymnasium. With the loss the Fighting Tigers are now 1-8 overall on the season while the Blue Knights improve to 3-5 overall on the campaign to date.
The Cobleskill defense struggled with the size and inside play of the Blue Knights throughout the contest as MSCM connected on 28-of-51, 54.9%, of their field goal opportunities and 23-of-27 free throw attempts, 85.2%, to secure the victory.

Juwan Malone, Brooklyn, N.Y., Brooklyn Collegiate High School/Fulton-Montgomery Community College, once again turned in a solid effort for the home team with 19 points, five rebounds and three steals while first-year guard
Sharaim Best, Valley Stream, N.Y., Elmont Memorial High School, had 12 points, and three rebounds on the evening.
The Orange & Black will return to NAC play over the weekend when they host the Kangaroos of SUNY Canton on Friday December 10 with tip-off at 5:30 p.m. prior to hosting the Badgers of Northern Vermont University-Johnson on Saturday afternoon with tip-off beginning at 1:00 p.m.Â
